  • pets ($1/day per pet)
  • additional persons beyond 2 adults (ages 15+) & 2 kids (age 0-14) per pad site

  • use of an additional A/C unit besides the one that came on your RV (ex: window unit, plug in portable a/c)
  • Reimbursement to park management for service calls made on your behalf, when the issue was actually caused on the part of the park guest, not due to a park grounds/facilities issue (ex: electrician called at tenant request, electrician determined the RV is the problem, not an issue with the park's electrical connection)
  • Breaking park rules may result in such things as fines, removal from the park with no refund, and/or refusal of future bookings.  If in DOUBT, please call or text us on the park phone number to inquire beforehand.

There is not a Full-Time management office on site.  Contact owner directly with any questions or issues. Long-Term Guests are encouraged to obtain a post office box if secured mail is needed.  Shared mailbox is available, located outside the entry gate. Premium Waterfront View Pads: 11, 01

Premium Pull-Through Pads: 12, 13, 14

Deluxe Pads: 06, 07, 08, 09, 10

Standard Pads: 02, 03, 04, 05

PARKING:

  • Pad rental includes accommodation for ONE personal vehicle of any type in addition to the RV itself (whether auto, motorcycle, truck, golf cart, or small boat on a trailer).
  • Parking for a 2nd personal vehicle depends on several factors, including the size and shape of your pad space, size of your RV, and placement of your RV on the pad.
  • There is some limited overflow parking space at the laundry house for up to 2-3 vehicles, IF they are parked tightly next to each other.  This is the only spare parking we have.
  • No guests should have more than 2 personal vehicles on site at any time, or else fellow guests will not be allowed their share of parking.
  • We do not have adequate spare parking for your personal guests.
  • At no time is it acceptable to block the drive for others, park on the grass, park on or block an empty pad space, block the entrance or park in the driveway of the house/property next door, or park near the trash cans (blocking trash collection with the trash truck/motorized arm).

Pad 01

Premium Waterfront View - approximately 35' long - the best unobstructed river and sunset view in the park!
  • This is a back-in pad for bumper pull travel trailers, or can be a pull-in spot for Motorhomes Class B or C.
  • You may park your private vehicle perpendicular to the pad space behind your RV alongside the drive, without parking on any grass or blocking the drive for others.
  • Shade trees are a plus!

MPORTANT NOTE: electric, sewer, and water hookups are on a shared post with pad 02, at the entrance to the pad space.  A Motorhome Class B or C is easiest for hookups, as they will be located at the right spot for hooking up after you pull straight into the pad space.  If backing in a travel trailer, you will need to be sure your connections are long enough to run underneath your RV diagonally from the back driver's side of the RV to the front passenger side of the RV plus a few additional feet in length, which is the opposite corner of your travel trailer from where you'd normally prefer to hook up.  You *might* need an extension cord (some guests have, some have not needed one) and longer sewer/water hoses.

Please call or text us to make a reservation
985-397-0953

Cajun Country RV Park utilizes the Campspot reservation system platform.
  • For our guests are staying on an expected *recurring* monthly reservation for >1 month, we will require a prepaid 1-week pad rate to be held as a deposit in order to block off your expected stay of up to 6 months, making it unavailable for online bookings that would otherwise displace you during your your planned stay (ex: someone books a weekend during the following month in your current pad site).  This deposit will go toward your final bill (see below).
  • Otherwise, any time beyond your current reservation end date will be shown online as"available" for new reservations.  That can be very inconvenient for park guests to have to leave for just a weekend - putting a hold deposit down is *strongly recommended* by park management.
  • The deposit will be credited back to the guest toward their final pad fee billing at the end of their stay. We can also move the expected departure date forward or back on the calendar as needed, once a deposit has been paid.
  • This will be addressed as part of the application process with new park guests.
